HAGUE CONVENTION ON JURISDICTION, APPLICABLE LAW, RECOGNITION, ENFORCEMENT AND COOPERATION IN RESPECT OF PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY AND MEASURES FOR THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN 1996

The Hague Convention on parental responsibility and protection of children 1996 came into force for Russia on 1 June 2013 and as at 30 September 2014 is operative between the Russian Federation and the following countries[i]:
