HAGUE CONVENTION ON THE CIVIL ASPECTS OF INTERNATIONAL CHILD ABDUCTION 1980

The Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction 1980 came into force for Russia on 1 October 2011 and as at 30 September 2014 is operative between the Russian Federation and the following countries[i]:
